I enjoy experimenting with art and have continued my education by taking classes at the MoonTree Studio on the campus of Ancilla College, as well as at the Transformation Center in Kalamazoo. I am a participating member of the Krasl Art Center and the Box Factory for the Arts. Recently, our students won the first place award for Collaborative Artwork during the Berrien County Elementary Exhibition. I am a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church where I am a lector and coordinator for the Noon to three o’clock hours in the Adoration Chapel. I have four children, all of whom graduated from Lake Michigan Catholic. I also have seven grandchildren, one who is currently a Laker. I’m a big fan of barre class, Zumba, riding my bike and hiking at Grand Mere. Students at Lake Michigan Catholic are so enthusiastic about art that I feel like a hero. The young artists are truly a joy to work with and I have been saying that for more than twenty years. |
